Granada Produktion für Film und Fernsehen currently employs 20 full-time and 60 freelance employees. Those in managerial positions are:

Director of Production Martin Baumann joined Granada in 2001.
Previous appointments included similar positions at regional south German broadcaster SDR and Sat.1, where he was responsible for the planning of production and budget for the broadcaster’s entertainment shows and formats. Prior to his appointment at Granada, he was Head of Production for ndF with production offices in Hamburg and Berlin, producing series and TV-movies for ZDF, ARD, Sat.1 and RTL. Martin has been responsible for all Granada productions since 2001 and became Director of Production in August 2008.

Dirk Bergerhoff joined Granada in 2002 after a long experience as freelance Unit Manager and later Production Manager for mainly TV-series, but also TV-movies and cinema productions. From 2002 to 2008, Dirk was responsible for several projects at Granada, e.g. all series of "Ich bin ein Star – holt mich hier raus!" ("I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!"), "Teufel's Küche" ("Hell's Kitchen"), "Dancing on Ice" and "Let's Dance" as freelance Production Manager. Since August 2008 he has been employed on a permanent basis as Head of Production, and is responsible for all projects in Berlin.

Executive Producer Entertainment Ernst-Peter Henking has been responsible for the development and realisation of Granada formats and productions since 2000. His career has included six years in the Entertainment Department at Sat.1, producing various shows, such as "Glücksrad" ("Wheel of Fortune"), a daily talk show, dating formats and music programmes such as the "Kelly Family" and Rolling Stones concert events. In addition, his role at Sat.1 included international programme research. Prior to joining Granada, he worked at the production company MME where he oversaw the relaunch of "Bravo TV" and the development of digital programming in cooperation with a German publishing house.
At Granada he produced the first series of "Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!" ("I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!"), "Teufel's Küche" ("Hell's Kitchen"), "Dancing on Ice" and the reality format "Der Hotelinspektor" ("The Hotel Inspector") for RTL; the reality formats "Hilfe, zu Hause sind die Teufel los" ("Help, All Hell Is Breaking Loose At Home") and "Die Abzocker" ("The Wheeler-Dealers") for Sat.1; and last, but not least, "Kocharena" ("Chef's Showdown") for VOX.

Since 2005 Nina Klink has been responsible for the realisation of various Granada formats, first as Producer and Head of the Editorial Department and since May 2009 as Executive Producer.

Nina started her career at the nationally famous German "Harald Schmidt Show". After her traineeship she worked as the show's Programme Editor. Five years later she moved to Brainpool TV and was in charge of formats such as "Die 10...", "Die Bachelorette", "Comet 2005" and "Das große ProSieben Tanzturnier" ("The Great ProSieben Dancing Tournament").

She was jointly responsible for two series of "Let's Dance"; "Die Sonja & Dirk Show" ("Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway"); and went to the Australian jungle for "Ich bin ein Star, holt mich hier raus!" ("I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!") as Series Producer.

Jan Kromschröder was appointed CEO of Granada Germany in August 2008.
He started his career as a journalist for German magazines Stern, Tempo and TV-broadcaster Premiere and became a producer for Trebitsch Production Holding afterwards. In his position as Head of Fiction Department at Sat.1 he received the "Goldene Kamera", an acknowledged German Award, for his TV-movie "Das Wunder von Lengede". As co-founder and CEO of Kromschröder & Pfannenschmidt GmbH he has produced several high-quality TV-movies and series like "Girl Friends" for ZDF or "Unter den Linden" for Sat.1, as well as several TV-movies for German public broadcasters (e.g. "Willkommen Zuhause", an Afghan soldier's veterans drama that
won the "Golden Magnolia" at the 2009 Shanghai Film Festival).
In summer 2008 he and his partner Christian Pfannenschmidt sold part of their company to Granada. As CEO Jan widened Granada's portfolio by starting to produce fictional programmes and projects with public broadcasters. In addition to his role as CEO and producer, Jan has been teaching at the Filmakademie Baden Württemberg since 2002.
In spring 2009 he also became a professor for "Creative Producing" at the "Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen" in Potsdam-Babelsberg.

Jennifer Mival joined Granada as Executive Producer in April 2009. She graduated in contemporary history as well as in media and communication studies at the University
of Munich. Whilst she was studying, she already started working for the German broadcaster ProSieben and has worked for several national and international TV-productions since then. In the position of International Production Coordinator at ECM Productions London she was in charge of "Wer wird Millionär?!" ("Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?!") in Asia and Latin America. At Fremantle Media, also in London, she was Development Producer responsible for the international format development of entertainment programmes. In 2003 Jennifer moved to Berlin. She worked as Producer  of "Star Search" for Sat.1 and then became Entertainment Editor at Sat.1 for several
new comedy and factual entertainment formats. Before coming to Granada, Jennifer was Head of Group Format Development, in charge of the format development for the whole ProSiebenSat.1 group.
At Granada she is responsible for the adaptation and realisation of new formats for the German TV-market.

Jan Richters became Granada's Financial Controller in 2001. He was already working as a production accountant whilst he was studying business and assisted the Heads of Finance and CEOs of several companies regarding film production and licensing.
He gathered further expertise in finance and controlling during his time abroad in the Philippines and, after receiving his MBA, at the Independent Feature Film Market in New York. Back in Germany, he took on the financial administration for film projects at the Belgian D&D Group in Cologne, where he later worked as Controller and Head of Accounts.
Besides his work for Granada, Jan is part of the managing board of FRAPA (Format Recognition and Protection Association), an international organisation fighting for format protection. He is also auditor for VFFVmedia (Verband der Film-, Fernseh- und Multimediawirtschaft), a regional TV producers association based in Cologne.

Creative Director Uwe Schlindwein joined Granada in 2004. After his apprenticeship as a Certified Advertising Specialist, Uwe went on to the television industry. He gained his first experience at music channel VIVA as well as Bullseye Television/London and the Fox Television Studios in Los Angeles. Later he worked for Endemol Entertainment as Managing Editor in the "Big Brother" house and for Bonito TV Produktion as Comedy Editor for "Was guckst Du?!". Prior to starting at Granada, Uwe worked for WDR, where he was responsible for different formats for the public German broadcaster ARD.
At Granada he has executively produced all series of "Ich bin ein Star – holt mich hier raus!" ("I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!") to date and has furthermore been responsible for VOX's daily cooking programmes "Das perfekte Dinner" ("Come Dine With Me") "Das perfekte Promi Dinner" (Celebrity "Come Dine With Me") and "Unter Volldampf" ("Pressure Cooker") as Executive Producer.
In April 2009 Uwe was additionally appointed Creative Director, heading the team of Executive Producers.

Director of Development and Formats Sabah Wahbe (born 1971) began working at Hans Meiser's company creatv whilst she was still studying media studies. There she worked on shows such as "Bärbel Schäfer", "Birte Karalus" and "Veronas Welt". Following a number of international projects, she made the move to the development department at broadcaster VOX. There she launched "Das perfekte Dinner" amongst other shows. She then ventured into the world of digital special interest channels. As programme director and co-owner, she founded TierTV in Berlin and under her label Newton offered consultation services for other clients. Sabah Wahbe's last position before joining Granada full time was as head of development at Fandango Film in Cologne. She was already Event Producer for "Teufels Küche" for Granada as well as being in the Australian jungle three times, most recently as Executive Producer. Sabah Wahbe is responsible for all development activities at Granada. Along with pitches, in-house development, adaptations and the collaboration with ITV Global Entertainment, her responsibilities also include the acquisition of formats and programmes as well as the evaluation of the international television market.
